Previously served as assistant director of the Pudong Financial Service Office of Shanghai city, as business director of Shanghai Trust Center preparatory group, as business director of Lianhua International Trust and Investment Co., Ltd. , and vice president of the New Era of Trust and Limited by Share Ltd, president of Shanghai Blue Point investment, Managing partner of Shanghai City Stone Asset Management Co.The first participants of China asset securitization project and REITS design.

Alan Zheng

Alan Has a rich and successful practical experience in Equity and Debt financing, IPO and management of listed companies, acquisition & merger and capital operation in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan capital market. Previously as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Ajisen (China) Holdings Limited, responsible for the listing in Hong Kong main board, successful financing of HK$ 1.8 billion, which was oversubscribed 92 times. Alan has more than 26 years working experience in China, United States and Canada cross Finance, IT, investment, and retail / distribution industries.

Ethan Tang

Ethan has more than 20 years as a financial professional in Nike and Tecnica China, PWC Sydney, Stanfund Capital Shanghai & Sydney. Ethan has advised on corporate finance and M&A transactions for a number of listed Multi-billion companies. Ethan has also formed a number of VC funds to Invest in O2O (online to offline) businesses, with one already listed in China Equity Market. Ethan has constructed a solid long-term direct relationships with Chinese high net wealth investors, Institutional/Family Funds, and Listed Company investment Funds. Ethan holds qualifications of CPA Australia, CPA China, and also a Master Degree from The Australian National University.

Zhigang Sun
